Cost

Includes all sessions, UCSD shuttle, continental breakfasts, dinner on Friday and picnic lunch Saturday:
Students and postdoctoral fellows $375
Academic/professional $575
If your application has been accepted to the workshop, you may fill the PDF form and fax/mail it to us (instruction on form). IMPORTANT: The deadline for sending in your Workshop payment is August 23, 2004. After this date, we may offer your place to someone on the Workshop waiting list.

Housing

We have made arrangements with La Jolla hotels for affordable rooms during the workshop.

  1. Radisson La Jolla (main conference hotel). The special 'EEGLAB Meeting' rate is $119 single / $129 double / $139 triple / $149 quad. The hotel is about 1 mile - 1.5 km - by foot through campus from the Supercomputer Center where the workshop will be held. This comfortable hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the San Diego airport. We will also organize shuttle bus service from this hotel to Workshop events.


  2. Estancia La Jolla (new, the only five-star hotel near UCSD). Special UCSD rate ($179/night, Oct. 27-28; $209/night, Oct. 29-30). Limited availability for Oct. 27 (book early). Ask for the UCSD rate. About 300 m by foot from the Workshop venue.
If you want to share a room with a roommate, send an email to Lori Koller giving the hotel you wish to stay at (or if you have no preference) and your gender. If possible, she will introduce you by email to another attendee with a similar request to allow you both to reserve a room together.
