Cost
The Workshop is a non-profit event (all speakers are volonteers) partly sponsored by the
Centre National pour la Recherche Scientifique.

Registration costs include computer and conference room rental, coffee breaks, trajet from and to the airport, and excursion in the pyrennees with english speaking guide.
At the time of registration, participants will also have to pay for the cost of their stay at the Bois Perché resort (300 euros for 3 nights and eight meals). Le Bois Perche serves quality food. Each participants will have its own room. Additional booking for guests (spouse, children), may be arranged directly with the Bois Perche resort.
A free shuttle will also be provided from Toulouse Airport and train station (the center is about 1 hour from the airport).
