Hi Niko,
I have functions that will allow you to compute mean amplitude for a window
within
an epoch for a given trial type for all channels. You can then determine
significant
differences between channels or groups of channels yourself, putting these
numbers
into a stats package. The script works on data loaded into EEGLAB. Using
the EEGLAB
data structure (EEG), this is pretty trivial to program, but you're welcome
to my scripts.
They work on epoched or continuous data.
