[Eeglablist] How to convert .mat file to .cnt file

Hello,

I have the EEG and EMG data from Neuroscan which is .cnt file and i use the laplace transformation to this cnt data and i get output as a .m(matlab) file 
now i would like to use this .m file for the analysis in EEGlab and fieldtriip
Is there a way to convert this .m file back to .cnt file so that i can run the analysis
