[Eeglablist] first, memory and second, time-frequency

hi carine,

i've performed time/frequency analysis, and i wanted to analyse frequency above 50 Hz. i can't do this through EEGlab GUI, but modifying the .m function 'newtimef':

-    between the 'commandline arg defaults' there is a line that says:
DEFAULT_MAXFREQ = 50;

    you can modify that in a way you want;
