I want to detect the various body movements like eye blink, teeth
clinch,shoulder movement,finger movement,leg movement,hand clapping,tongue
movement through EEG signals. It is not possible through the placement of
electrodes as in 10-20 system.
The primary motor cortex or M1, is one of the principal brain areas involved
in motor function.(refer to:
http://www.brainconnection.com/topics/?main=anat/motor-anat).
So i think all the electrodes should be placed in this region only.
How i should place the electrodes of the EEG machine so that i can detect
these physical movements( i have a machine with 19 electrodes)
Reply soon
