Hello,
  I have a question in the ICA.
  On the tutorial it is said that the ICA can be done on very short time windows, does that mean that the ICA can be done on the short epoches, and then apply the resulting ICA weight to the longer epochs of the same dataset?(p67)
   
  I wonder why the ICA weight from the shorter epoches can be apply to the longer epoch dataset. If the time windows are different, for example, the shorter epoch dataset is from -200ms to 500ms and the longer epoche dataset is from -1000ms to 2000ms, whether the ICA weight will be different between the two dataset?
