[Eeglablist] exporting event file as text from Neuroscan CNT files

Dear Dan,
Neuroscan has a command prompt utility RESPWIN that creates text files
with event codes and times. You can download the utility and manual from
Neuroscan. Here is a sample output. The columns: N, trigger event,
response code, correct, RT, timer
