I did a more generic question before, and here you have a short
summary of answers I received,
No one is specialized in children, but you can ask.

Online Signal banks

#www.physionet.org/ --> The classic one
#http://www.sccn.ucsd.edu/~arno/fam2data/publicly_available_EEG_data.html -->
#The australian EEG database
-->http://www.cs.newcastle.edu.au/~henskens/papers/ClinEEGNeuro.pdf]].
Not online, needs human interaction.
#[[La Jolla University, Sandiego (in project) ->
http://sccn.ucsd.edu/~scott]]. Sounds interesting
#[[Brain Resource Company (private company)-> http://google.com]].
Their EEG database contains over 4000 cases covering numerous
diagnostic categoried and "normals" and has been accessed and
published in hundreds of papers.
#[[Brain Computer Interface research at NUST Pakistan ->
http://projectbci.googlepages.com/]]. Two subjects during voluntary
movement.
