[Eeglablist] EEG Data as ASCII format

I am sorry to bother you with such an "easy" question but I am just 
getting started with this program. How can I
import 5 channel EEG data (ASCII format) into EEGlab? Do I have to 
convert it first or is there a way to import
it directly?
