[Eeglablist] epoching data using indicies

Hi Zack and Jakob,

I have tried both [] and {} and they both work for me.


> EEG2 = pop_epoch(EEG, [], [-1 2], 'eventindices' ,x_inds);


There was an issue with the function regarding this specific parameter  
(as described by Zack in his first email) and it has been fixed in  
version 7.1.3.14
