In case anyone else was having the same problem to my previous (stupid)
question:

if you use the completely obvious function

std_interp(STUDY, ALLEEG, a)

(where a is a cell array of text fields for the whole list of channel
names/labels - {'O1' 'O2' 'Oz' etc } ), then all the data files will
have their bad channels interpolated, and they will be saved. You have
to save, close, and re-load the study to see the changes in the EEGlab
window however... and then you can export them all.
