Hi,
I am in the process of deploying EEGLAB on 64-bit Linux machines. I have
checked availability of *.mexa64 files in the EEGLAB distribution
compared to *.mexglx files.
It looks some 64-bit MEX files might be missing, for example:
$ ls plugins/anteepimport1.03/*.mexglx \
plugins/anteepimport1.03/*.mexa64
ls: cannot access plugins/anteepimport1.03/*.mexa64:
No such file or directory
plugins/anteepimport1.03/read_eep_avr.mexglx
plugins/anteepimport1.03/read_eep_cnt.mexglx
$
$ ls external/fieldtrip/external/biosig/*.mexglx \
external/fieldtrip/external/biosig/*.mexa64
ls: cannot access external/fieldtrip/external/biosig/*.mexa64:
No such file or directory
external/fieldtrip/external/biosig/mexSLOAD.mexglx
$
$ ls external/biosig-20090130/NONFREE/mex/*.mexglx \
external/biosig-20090130/NONFREE/mex/*.mexa64
ls: cannot access external/biosig-20090130/NONFREE/mex/*.mexa64:
No such file or directory
external/biosig-20090130/NONFREE/mex/mexSLOAD.mexglx
$
In other cases, there are 64-bit MEX files only but that's probably on
purpose:
$ ls external/fileio-20090511/@uint64/abs.mex*
external/fileio-20090511/@uint64/abs.mexa64
external/fileio-20090511/@uint64/abs.mexmaci
$
Should I expect less functionality under 64-bit Linux? Might "missing"
64-bit MEX ever be needed? Maybe when reading some file formats?
Regards,
