[Eeglablist] Common Spatial Patterns for EEG

Hello,

I am trying to implement Common Spatial pattern technique to extract some 
features from BCI Competition III data for classification. Can somebody 
share his code of CSP with me as I am having following problem,



When using training seet to calculate the weights I get very good 
variance separation between classes but when I apply the same weights to 
testing data I get the features all mixed up.



Any comments or suggestions....
