[Eeglablist] New BCILAB version

Dear  EEGLAB community,

we have just released a new version of the BCILAB toolbox (1.0 beta).
You find the download at ftp://sccn.ucsd.edu/pub/bcilab. Additional
web-based documentation is at http://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/BCILAB (currently
being updated to the new version).
Please have a look at the included release notes to get started.

PS: As this is a beta version, it is especially important for us to receive
bug reports for every issue that you encounter (If you have such a report,
you can send it directly to me). General feedback on usability is also
welcome!
