[Eeglablist] switching between eeglab versions

Hi,
I am running a script to detect EMG onsets for a movement paradigm.
The script only works with  eeglab6.01b while I analyze my EEG data with eeglab10.2.2.4b
is there an intelligent way to switch from one to the other without having to go through set path  save the appropriate eeglab etc’ each time ?
