[Eeglablist] default plot view parameters

Dear Mirek,

This should be done at your own risk.
Here I assume your data is epoched. Type 'edit eeg_rejmacro.m' and go
to line 157. You'll find 'winlength', 5. Change it to 20.
This was far more complicated than I had expected...
