[Eeglablist] Importing preprocessed, epoched data from BVA

Thank you Simon!  I had tried the gen export solution before, but I believe
EEGlab wasn't reading the data properly because I had left orientation
vectorized instead of multiplexed?  That may have been the issue.  I still
don't know why the EDF+ isn't reading properly, but this works for now.
