[Eeglablist] Out of Memory issues

Thank you all for your kind replies!

Solution I implemented:
I have used 'decimate' within matlab to create a downsampling factor
function wherein I can load my raw EEG data file and then use this function
to decrease my sampling rate prior to importing to EEGLAB.  I will work
with the EEGLAB 12 as well!
