[Eeglablist] help about convert a set file to a Matlab mat file

Just rename your .set file to .mat.
If your data is stored in a separate .fdt file, I would load it with
EEGLAB and then uncheck the second option in the settings dialog ("If
set, save not one but two files for each dataset (header and data). This
allows faster data loading in studies.".
