[Eeglablist] Calculation of frequency power centroid for a specific band

Dear David,

Arno, correct me if I'm wrong-
To calculate centroid frequency, we need to obtain values from each
bin for calculation, which is not supported by EEGLAB function
spectopo. So it is not possible, unless you customize the function.
