[Eeglablist] Question

Sir,
I am having continuous EEG signals. I tried to add events and epochs as the manual but I can't do it properly.  While going for the pop edit event value window , I can't see the small windows showing duration and epoch. Is the manual is intended  for any particular version of eeglab? if so which one? I am using eeglab10_0_0b. How can I add events and epoch signals?
