[Eeglablist] Channel Location EasyCap 83 channels

Dear Vania,
These channels are not included in 10-5 system (Oostenveld and Praamstra,
2001). If these are expansion of 10-5 system, you should be able to
calculate their coordinates using their convention. See that paper.
