[Eeglablist] signal prediction in Matlab

Dear Ibti,

in addition to Makoto's suggestion, you can also interpolate the data to a "fake" data channel using the eeg_interp function. From the GUI, you could also add a channel and use the menu "Tools > Interpolate electrodes". This function will use spherical interpolation while topoplot does not use spherical interpolation.
