[Eeglablist] wavelet decomposition

hi.i want to decompose  wavelet  based on frequency range.for example:
i want to decompose to five frequency levels on the basis of Daubechies4 and obtain five useful frequency levels.They are 0-4Hz, 4-8Hz, 8-16Hz, 16-32Hz and 32-64Hz.how can i do this in matlab?
