[Eeglablist] Manually marking bad channels

Katherine,

I couldn't find a way to do it from the GUI, but from the command-line I use
EEG = pop_VisEd( EEG );

Then, configure the settings for the display and press Ok.
Then, in the figure that pops up, right-click on the name of a channel 
you wish to exclude, then check the "Toggle bad channel status" box, 
then click OK.
When you are finished, click the Update EEG Structure button.

I have found that this function has some hooks into the workspace such 
that it requires your data variable to be called "EEG".
