[Eeglablist] problem in eeg artifact removal (eeglablist Digest, Vol 104, Issue 23)

I would start from the raw data and remove rare artifacts by hand, then ICA
for other artifacts.

In a lab I worked in, we would filter raw data first, then reject rare
muscle artifacts and any drift by hand, then ICA and reject stereotyped
artifacts.
