[Eeglablist] Error creating a STUDY

I am getting the following error creating a STUDY.  I came across the bug
online, but I did not see a solution.  I was wondering if anyone has run in
to this problem and how they were able to solve it.

EEGLAB error in function std_makedesign() at 213:

Illegal right hand side in assignment.  Too many elements.
