Dear Felix and Mikolaj,

there has been substantial changes to the statcondfieldtrip function in EEGLAB 12. It should work better now.
The Fieldtrip output is not saved. However, you can get it back by calling statcondfieldtrip.
The function that calls statcondfieldtrip is std_stat.m, then std_erpplot to plot ERP in STUDY, std_specplot to plot spectrum in STUDY, etc...
You could make these functions return the Fieldtrip structure for debugging purposes.

The statcondfieldtrip function have been thoroughly tested (and we have found a bug in Fieldtrip actually).
