[Eeglablist] Plot Study ERSP on multiple rows

Dear Nikola,

Sorry for slow response. This may not be a supported way of dealing with
this issue, but you can reduce the conditions in the STUDY.design to
control it. There could be a risk of confusing your STUDY, so you may want
to take a backup of the STUDY folder before you try it.
