[Eeglablist] 3D maps, faces in skin colour

Dear Franzi,

it used to be the case that you could plot the bottom of the head plot in skin color.
However, the problem is that the boundary between the mesh was not clean. 

The file mheadnewtri2.txt may be found in old versions of EEGLAB (try 4.3).
