Dear List,
I have one question regarding precision channel spectra and maps plot - I
am interested to see presence of frequencies below 1 Hz in non-EEG data.
Data was filtered with 0.1 Hz highpass filter.
When using EEGLAB Plot --> Channel Spectra and Maps in pop up window I set
up 100% data to sample (around 500.000 ms of record), plotting freq range
from 0 to 1 Hz, but precision of the plot is pretty rough. Is there any way
to use code to use to obtain more fine lines in this plot which is now
composed of straight lines? To somehow define the "step" of plotting. I
suppose it is influenced by the number of data available also...
The main reason of using this option in EEGLAB is to somehow get the info
of most dominant frequency at one certain channel recorded which represent
breathing of a subject.
Thank you very much for your help.
Greetings
Ida
