[Eeglablist] postdoc position in attention and working memory

A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Steve Luck at the UC-Davis Center for Mind & Brain, funded by an NIH grant that uses psychophysics, eye tracking, and ERPs to examine interactions between visual attention and visual working memory.  Opportunities will also be available to conduct translational research on attention and working memory in schizophrenia. We are seeking an individual with an excellent background in the theories and methods of high-level vision science and cognitive psychology, coupled with a good publication record in these areas.  Experience with eye tracking and ERPs is desirable but not necessary, but strong experience with programming experiments and performing sophisticated analyses (preferably using Matlab) is required.
Salary will be set according to the NIH postdoc scale.  The position will remain open until a suitable candidate is identified.  Start date is negotiable.  Preference will be given to U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents, but exceptionally well qualified international applicants will also be considered.
Davis is a vibrant college town in Northern California, located approximately 20 minutes from Sacramento and approximately 90 minutes from the Bay Area.  The Center for Mind & Brain is an interdisciplinary research center devoted to cognitive science and cognitive neuroscience, located in a beautiful new building with state-of-the-art facilities (see http://mindbrain.ucdavis.edu/).
