I'll try to fix the code and possibly send it to you, in case someone else is interested, obviously if this is fine with the plugin's author.

I was wondering if you could also point me to other plugins for MR-related artifact removal: I am aware of the Bergen plugin, but as far as I understand it does not deal with the ballistocardiographic artifact, which is the artifact I need to remove. I do have some home-made code implementing Allen's Average Artifact Subtraction, but I am interested in comparing it to other approaches.

Any input on this would be very much appreciated.

Dear Sarah,

where did you get the plugin from. If it is the one included in EEGLAB, it is the latest version. However, this plugin is not supported any more. Are you familiar with Github or Google code? Maybe you could put there and you could fix whatever you think needs to be fixed. Otherwise, you could send us your changes and we will replace the files.

Note that there are now other plugins to remove fMRI artifacts.

I edited the function fmrib_qrsdetect() and I found problems in the way the variables are addressed (more specifically wrong names of the fields of the EEG structure). These issues are easy to fix, but before starting to modify the code I was wondering if the version of the plugin I am using might not be up to date.
