[Eeglablist] questions about ERP time-frequency analysis

Dear all,
I have a question about how to do time-frequency analysis with ERP data. I want to do FFT in one trial and get the power value for one frequency band (such as alpha or beta) , then average across all trials.

My ERP data was separated into 2 bins, can I do FFT and get power of alpha band or beta band value for each bin? I want to do some T- test furthermore.  Can I do it on GUI or I have to write script?
