[Eeglablist] Biosig causes Eeglab13.1.1 not to run on Matlab version R2013a

Dear Brian,
this is because you have added all the path recursively and BIOSIG overloads some Matlab function in the "maybe-missing" folder.
This issue has been fixed in the latest EEGLAB (SVN only). You can get the updated file there
