[Eeglablist] ica weights

Dear Joaquin,
Somehow your icaact is [] though you do have ica matrices.
In this case you have to have EEGLAB compute icaact, which you can do with
this
EEG = eeg_checkset(EEG, 'ica');
This forces EEGLAB to check ica-related variables and if anything is
missing it recomputes them.
