[Eeglablist] import biosemi 128 channel data into EEGLAB and channel location file

Hi, All,
   I have two questions about loading the biosemi 128 channel .bdf file into EEGLAB:

1)      do I really need to assign a reference channel to load .bdf file?

2)      Is there anybody has a channel location file for the biosemi 128 channels? If so, could you please send me a copy.
