[Eeglablist] ERSPs/ITCs frequency range plot

Dear Ahmed,

You need to have a wide epoch to resolve the frequencies down to 3 Hz.
See slide 21.

This is why we recommend at least 3-sec long epoch, and for this purpose
epochs could be overlapped (wavelet transform with sliding window is
originally very overlapped).
