Thanks Arno! I'm glad the plotting function is still accessible so that I can customize it for my own STUDY designs.

Subject: Re: [Eeglablist] STUDY Cluster analyses and plotting

I have two questions regarding STUDY cluster analyses. First, I have created a STUDY, precomputed component measures, clustered components and now want to visualize a composite of the cluster results using "Plot Cluster Properties"; however, this button is not active in the GUI (i.e., grayed out). Is this option not available or can I access it via the command line?

This function has been removed and is probably not coming back.
There were issues with plotting on some complex design. From the command line, try

std_propplot(STUDY, ALLEEG, 1);

If so, what function(s) do I need to call? Second, in analyzing the cluster results, I was wondering if the clusters are hierarchically ordered (i.e., after the parent cluster, does cluster 2 account for the most variance, followed by cluster 3, etc.) or should each cluster be evaluated independently?

There is no order to the clusters.

Best,

Arno

Thanks!
Ann
