[Eeglablist] Problem with BrainMovie3d and Dipplot

The brainmovie function is deprecated (obsolete) and might not be fully compatible with dipfit any more.
It is better to use the version included in SIFT where it now lives.

In particular, I would use the latest version maintained by Tim Mullen

brainmovie3d_causal

Best,

Arno

The first input argument of ‘dipplot’ is ‘dipstruct’ which SHOULD have xyz coordinates of selected components. HOWEVER in ‘brainmovie3d’ function and according to its Help, coordinates are 2-column array of [x y] coordinates of the selected components.
