[Eeglablist] Plotting intracranial data

I have looked into this myself for some application.
If I remember well, I wrote a short script placing electrodes on a rectangular grid (x,y).
Then I used the cart2pol function to convert to polar coordinates and populate the EEG.chanlocs structure (theta and radius fields). Make sure all radius are below 0.5 (otherwise divide by twice the max radius).
Then I called the channel editor and I pressed the button to convert polar coordinate to all.

My electrodes were on a nice grid but the head limit was still visible. To remove the head limits, you might want to comment the part in topoplot.m that plots the head limits.
Best,

Arno

In spite of having created an .xyz file with nominal locations plotting data from the GUI defaults to a head shape. Anyone able/willing to advise ?
