Dear Booer,
ICA can be severely compromised by 'bad data'. Use very aggressive cleaning & filtering, obtain ICA matrix, and apply it back to the moderately cleaned & filtered data may work.
Use clean_rawdata() and use ASR threshold 20, which produced the best results out of 19 other methods we compared (unpublished!) Check the EEGLAB plugin manager or download it from http://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/Plugin_list_process
