Hi all,
I have a ~300s of resting state I would like to use as baseline,
specifically for a percent change equation:
(X - B)/B
Where X = the mean activation of an experimental task and B is mean
activation of baseline (in this case, resting state).
I tried concatenating the rest and an expt task and using the epoch and
remove baseline functions but that didn't work.
Any ideas?
