[Eeglablist] spectral analysis of EEG signal

To obtain power at specific frequencies, enter them in the 'freqs' input and select 'plottype', 'curve' to plot the results as a curves against time instead of a time-frequency image. 

The output  of newtimef always return the power which is being plotted.
