[Eeglablist] EEGLAB doesn't start on latest matlab and OS X

Hi David

I didn't have issues with Matlab in Mavericks.

Your problem with fgetline I also had once, it turned out to be blocking
function in the biosig plugin that caused the issue. check the fgetline
