ABRET = american board of registered electroneurodiagnostic technologists
This is a clinical certification for technicians who may only have a 2-year degree, though many have 4-year degrees in related fields. Not of much use for research professionals.

Dear Xianghong,

I've never heard of it... maybe it is used in the medical field?

Hi,

I've recently involved in human EEG research project. I heard about the ABRET credentials, is there any benefit to have the credentials?
Thank you,
Best,

Xianghong
