[Eeglablist] pop_spectopo not showing plot

Hi James,
I've been making some test and everything seems to be working fine for us
when using some testing data with the last version of EEGLAB in MATLAB 2012
and 2014b. Please, if you continue having this issue, I encourage you to
submit a bug report to our bug tracker (https://sccn.ucsd.edu/bugzilla/).
Please, describe the issue in detail and provide a piece of data so we can
reproduce it
