[Eeglablist] what parameters should we use for spectopo?

Dear Doron,
It is known that if the data have large artifacts or large low-frequency
drift (i.e. 'baseline drift'), it affects the spectopo plot like that.
Apply high-pass filter around 0.1-1.0 Hz and try it again.
