[Eeglablist] File format

There is also a toolbox by Darren Weber that handles Neuroscan formats such as .eeg and .avg:

I found you really need to get to grips with the data structure with this when working with the avgs.

Sometimes Neuroscan's .avr format is useful when pulling Neuroscan analyses into Matlab.

Neuroscan .CNT files work fine in EEGLAB.
